Knowing Gabrielle: Chanel is launching a new fragrance in autumn 2017

Chanel’s new perfume is named after its founder Gabrielle Chanel, also known as Coco.  Gabrielle by Chanel is a floral fragrance for women. It will be launched in September, 2017. The fragrance is yet to be released. However, Chanel had announced in February 2017 that Hollywood celebrity, Kristen Stewart would be the face of the new perfume, Gabrielle.

The actress would be a part of both, a print as well as a video campaign to promote the fragrance ahead of its release this Autumn. It is a ‘big deal’ for her, indeed. The video will be shot by director Ringan Ledwidge and the print campaign by ace photographer Kadim Sadli. Kristen Stewart has been working with this iconic brand since 2013 and had been announced as its ambassador last year.

Chanel as the brand has been known since a long time. Coco Chanel got popularised and known for her ‘double C logo’, the concept of Little Black dress, Chanel suit and the Chanel bags. Later, she introduced fragrances and offered a wide variety of choices to her consumers.  Chanel’s other popular fragrances include Chanel Allure, Coco, Coco Noir and many more.
